Phipps Park, a 60-acre public park and campground, is closing for renovations starting Monday, Jan. 24. The Stuart park, which includes a boat ramp, walking pathways, RV sites, and a fishing pier, is receiving improvements that include WiFi, 50 Amp RV electrical service, and the construction of a new fishing pier.
