Experience our first LUNABSE in Miami. This spacious, luxurious, modern, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo is optimized for High-Performance Work and Impactful Rejuvenation, and is ideal for extended and long term stays.
The Master Suite has a super comfy king bed with down pillows, a desk and chair to focus on work and crank out some emails, one large walk in closet and a second closet to store all your belongings. The floor to ceiling sliding doors to the breathtaking view on the balcony provide plenty of light to the bedroom, but don’t worry the suite is also equipped with a blackout shade and shave-sleeves that keep the room extra dark when desired.
The patio is one our favorite spots to spend time. Equipped with a few lounge chairs to watch the sunrise, a small bistro table and chairs to enjoy a meal, and a few more chairs to enjoy the sunset. The patio is set up for you to enjoy the full 180 degree view of Miami – day or night.
The kitchen is full equipped with all the necessities for extended stays, and for those who enjoy cooking and hosting. The beautiful white quartz countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances are beautiful (3 door, french-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and oven / cooktop with hood). The dining area accommodates 6 people, 4 at the dining table and 2 additional at the kitchen island. We’ve also stocked the kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a stove top espresso maker, and a tea kettle, along with coffee and tea for each.
The spacious living room has beautiful designer BoConcept, Calligaris and CB2 furniture, along with a large 65″ LED Samsung Smart TV, including Netflix and YouTubeTV. The apartment is also equipped with smart technology including a Google AC2200 lightening fast router, 5 nest speakers, a nest thermostat and and LED Galaxy Lighting Projector for an evening relaxing vibe.
At LUNABSE seeking Wealth from Health is at our core, and our community understands the importance of a balanced body and mind to acheive lofty goals. As such, we stock our LUNABSE’s with yoga mats, a roller for stretching, and a TRX that can be used bay-front to get in a refreshing workout.
The condo is fully prepared with all the necessities you may need, including:

Linens (2), towels (4), beach towels (2)
Iron/ironing board
Extra queen air mattress, pillows and linens
