A video shared by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office shows the rescue of a family whose boat capsized in the St. Lucie Inlet. The family was fishing when their boat was hit by a wave and capsized about a half-mile off shore. See also: Boaters rescued off Manalapan. The Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit was able to locate them, thanks to the family’s personal locator beacon. The family was pulled to safety without injury.
